Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable. They always have what I need and can't find at other stores. If they are out they always order it for me. They have great service and great products.

I don't go there to often simply due to distance. I have a local Ace that is literally right down the street which is sufficient for that 'generic' item but if I need an odd ball item Fresno AG is where I go to. 10000 times more friendly than the 'other' places I could go to where you spend an hour looking for something and another hour waiting for a monkey to help you look for said item. Both my local and Fresno Ag you get greeted and if you look lost somebody is on you RIGHT NOW and you don't spend an hour looking for that something, they know there stock and where it is. Also they don't 'pressure' you into an upsale which I get but it annoys me; rather, they make a suggestion you might need this or that to go with your esoteric item and 9 out of 10 they are right.!!!!!!!

I am so pleased that we have Fresno Ag. The salesman was so helpful helping me find a hinge that proved elusive in all of the big brand stores here. He even threw in some extra screws. I also enjoy peruse their unique holiday decor which is a plus.

Great store. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Departments are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a little bit of everything and best best popcorn in town. And it's free!

What can possibly be said about the incredible Fresno institution that is Fresno Ag? My grandfather used to take me there, and I’m now 66 years old. The service is next level, and I got a taste of the vast years of plumbing experience today from Dan; what a wealth of knowledge and information. A true gift, and blessing to the community.
